3rd day in a row.. Kay so its been 3 days in a row of working out and these are my thoughts.. Kk so Monday was my first day of my new workout schedule.. The schedule is run for half an hour then either cycle or elliptical for the other half out.. After the cardio I do my weight training and finish with an abdominal workout..
